The garden is accessed via a flagstone path and a courtyard which contains a well. NB the neighbour has a pedestrian right of way to use this path for oil deliveries.

Garage and parking
The property owns a single garage directly across the road with a black timber door. The roof is of corrugated fibre cement so might contain asbestos.

Notes
This is a large property and offers good value as it is now a little dated in places. The neighbour has a pedestrian right of way and there is a (little used) public footpath beside the house. The garden walls and fences are not claimed by anybody to the best of our clients knowledge, but are mutually maintained by convention.
