Built to a high eco standard in December 2005 this flat is on a long lease. We understand that each of the 12 households has equal shares in the management company , but the management charge was worked out on the square footage of each property by the first Management Committee. The charge is apportioned on the measurements for each property. The management charge is for the maintenance of the Communal Garden, Car Park, private road and all other communal outside areas. Should you have driven then there are 3 parking spaces for visitors shortly after the apartments on the right hand side. If these have all been taken then drive over the river and turn left into Westover Trading Estate.
